Baldor Flux Vector & Inverter Motors are wound with Inverter Spike Resistant wire standard, which is up to 100 times more resistant to transient spikes commonly produced by inverters.
Premium energy efficient design utilising Class H insulation reduces cost of operation and increases motor life.
Thermostats are provided between phases in the windings. Thermostats open at elevated temperatures prewarning approach to temperature limits. Cast iron construction ensures high durability in arduous industrial applications.
TEBC (Totally Enclosed Blower Cooled) are designed for use indoors or outdoors in environments where humidity, dirt, lint or other contaminants may be present.
A constant velocity fan provides optimum motor cooling at all motor speeds.

Reliance RPM AC

Reliance RPM AC Motors are a permanent magnet AC motor designed to compete on the DC market. They are an inverter duty motor and can not run (DOL) direct on line. They have the option of running sensorless vector, or full vector.
Their square laminant design and rear earth permanent magnet technology make them possibly the most power dense motors on the market, have similar power to other motors 3 frame sizes largerer. This makes these motors ideal for applications where space is limited, or weight needs to be kept to a minimum. Applications include Arbour saw motorss in the saw milling industry, spindle motors, lifts, gantries, Pulp and paper processing, Rolling mills and many more.
These motors are made specific to your application. They operate at a base speed you specify (Up to 12000RPM depending on motor size) delivering constant (Full) torque from 0RPM up to base speed, and constant power up to 150% base speed.

Drip-Proof Guarded Force Ventilated The RPM AC DPG-FV is the ultimate power dense machine. Utilizing laminated square frame technology, up to 1000 horsepower can be packed into a 440 frame. Commonly used in some of the most demanding industrial applications such as paper and converting, steel processing, extruders, traction, or oil well drilling, the RPM AC force ventilated design is the motor of choice.

TEFC and Blower Cooled Designs For applications requiring totally enclosed protection, RPM AC motors are available in non-ventilated, fan cooled and in-line blower cooled construction. The totally enclosed family is designed with finned construction through the 250 frame to offer the industry's most efficient cooling and power density designs. The 210 and 250 laminated steel finned frame motors are an exclusive patent pending design offered only by Reliance Electric brand motors.
